Affordablemortgages.co.uk is a small friendly mortgage advice practice, based in Wakefield, Yorkshire –  but dealing with clients across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth.

David has over ten years experience in mortgage advice, mainly handling adverse, Buy to Let or Commercial mortgage cases. From small mortgages or loans where people need help to clear current IVA’s through to complex commercial cases the range of services also include ensuring you have adequate insurance & protection to keep your property and family secure.  Offering honest , straighforward advice it is clear David is working on YOUR behalf to try and make sure you get the right mortgage / loan for your needs.

Offices are open from 9am to 5pm ( but do accept and respond to email enquiries outside of normal hours)
